These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the JS Nutrition website and your purchase of products from JS Nutrition in Pakistan. By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
1. About JS Nutrition

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding transaction. Products intended for adults may only be purchased by an adult. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, and delivery information and to protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach.
3. Product and health information
Product descriptions, images, ingredients, nutrition information, and packaging are provided for general information. Manufacturers may change formulations or packaging, and actual products may differ slightly from website images. Always read the delivered label, warnings, directions, allergens, and expiry information before use.
Supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet or medical care. Website content is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under medical supervision, taking medication, have a medical condition or allergy, or are unsure whether a product is appropriate. 4. Prices, availability, and orders
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice before an order is submitted. Product availability is not guaranteed. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not require us to accept an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled. We may reject or cancel orders because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery limitations, legal restrictions, or incorrect customer information. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the available payment method.
5. Payment
You authorize us and our payment providers to process the amounts shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment processing may be subject to additional provider terms. We are not responsible for delays caused solely by a bank, payment network, or payment provider, but we will reasonably assist with transaction questions.
6. Shipping and delivery
Available delivery methods, charges, and any estimates are shown at checkout. Current standard delivery is Rs 400 for Karachi and Rs 500 for destinations elsewhere in Pakistan, unless a different amount or promotion is displayed at checkout. You must provide a complete, serviceable address and reachable telephone number. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by couriers, weather, public holidays, security conditions, address issues, and events outside reasonable control.
7. Returns, refunds, and damaged items
Return eligibility may depend on product type, condition, seals, hygiene and safety requirements, timing, and the reason for return. Contact us promptly before returning an item. Do not use a product that arrives damaged, leaking, incorrectly supplied, or with a suspected safety issue. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law. Any return or refund policy displayed separately on the website forms part of these Terms.
8. Authenticity and product handling
We take reasonable steps to source and inspect products through channels we consider dependable. You must store and use products according to their labels. We are not responsible for damage or reduced quality caused after delivery by improper storage, misuse, alteration, use after expiry, or failure to follow instructions.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy substantial content, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, abuse promotions, violate another person’s rights, or use the website for unlawful activity. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, or third parties.
10. Intellectual property
The website design, text, graphics, branding, photographs, and other original content are owned by or licensed to JS Nutrition and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. You may use the website for personal shopping only and may not reproduce, publish, modify, sell, or exploit its content without permission.
11. Third-party services and Google APIs
The website may depend on WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, payment, courier, analytics, security, and email providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms. We may use an authorized Google/Gmail connection solely to send website-generated and transactional email from the store account. Use of information received from Google APIs is also governed by our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
12. Website availability and disclaimers
We try to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but it may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not exclude warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JS Nutrition will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use or a purchase where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable. Our total liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order, except where a different limit is required by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting each other. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction, disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
15. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms for legal, operational, or service changes. The updated Terms apply from the effective date shown on this page and will not retroactively change an already accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
